Neil Andrew McGovern brings decades of real-world construction experience to every project. His foundation in craftsmanship started in New England. He later built large custom homes in the High Rockies, developing strong skills in high-elevation mountain construction. For ten years in San Francisco, he managed complex, high-end residential projects in one of the country’s most demanding and fast-paced markets.

Now based in Tahoe City, Neil combines that broad experience with local knowledge of the Tahoe region. As a California licensed General Contractor (B) with C-36 Plumbing (License #1001778), he specializes in custom homes, remodels, additions, bathroom renovations, and plumbing services.
